Agent-accessible information
Can intended agents reach the right information? Is it structured, current, attributable, and understandable without opening access too widely?
Agentic Readiness
A practical assessment of agent-accessible information, APIs and actions, identity boundaries, safe retrieval, evaluation, human approvals, and operational readiness.
Readiness is about systems, boundaries, and operations—not a prediction that a particular agent will behave safely.
What gets examined
The assessment is tailored to your use case, stack, risk profile, and the level of autonomy you are considering.
Can intended agents reach the right information? Is it structured, current, attributable, and understandable without opening access too widely?
Which read or write capabilities exist, how are they exposed, and what should remain out of scope? Make tool surfaces deliberate rather than accidental.
Map identities, permissions, secrets, tenant boundaries, and least-privilege rules. A useful agent path is not a reason to bypass normal access controls.
Consider provenance, freshness, injection risks, validation, rate limits, and failure modes across retrieval and tool calls.
Create representative tasks and measurable checks. Decide where a person reviews, approves, or can stop an action before it changes anything.
Plan observability, ownership, incident response, rollout, rollback, and maintenance. A demo is not the same thing as an operable workflow.
From investigation to next steps
A useful output is an explicit picture of what is ready, what remains risky or unclear, and what should be tested before expanding autonomy.
OUTPUT / 01
Information, identities, tools, and trust boundaries in scope.
OUTPUT / 02
Threats, safeguards, unresolved questions, and owners.
OUTPUT / 03
Representative tasks, success criteria, and failure checks.
OUTPUT / 04
A bounded next step, approval points, and operational needs.
